About us

We are a team united by a real love for mechatronics and the technical challenges it entails, described as the integration of mechanics, electronics and computer science.

We design Motion Technology systems able to confront novel challenges in the field of automation, and to transform existing industrial processes. We step in when automation needs to be engineered for the first time, and when it can be redesigned to achieve higher standards of efficiency, reliability and control.

Motek works on existing plant and machinery, to upgrade it and ensure its safety by offering three types of complementary service: revamping, retrofitting and compliance.

We operate in various contexts, adapting our design approach to the nature of the process: from the management of burdensome activities to sensitive, precise handling, maintaining the same level of technical care and quality throughout.

The MOTEK brand originated from a combination of mechanics and electronics, the basic constituents of mechatronics. This discipline is not simply a technical sector, but rather a meeting point: between mechanics and electronics, between strength and intelligence, between movement and control, and between structure and innovation.

Our logo is not just a graphic symbol: it is the visual representation of who we are and how we understand Motion Technology.

The gear that forms the “O” represents the structure, the transmitted motion, and the precision of construction. It is the symbol of mechanics, of energy turned into action.

The "K" is inspired by the shape of a transistor, and denotes control, management and artificial intelligence.

The transistor is the basic building block of modern electronics: it regulates and manages the flow of energy.
If the gear represents motion, the transistor represents the intelligence that controls it.
Together they sum up the essence of mechatronics: intelligent movement.

The Italian flag is a declaration of identity.
It represents pride and a strong feeling of belonging to our country, the quality of Italian manufacturing, and a capacity for innovation based on a technical culture that combines skill, creativity, and the ability to execute.
